About Me – Founder of Raw Soul

My name is Alexis, and I am the founder of Raw Soul — a platform born from devotion to natural healing, sacred plants, and artisan food. My path has woven together a love of fermentation, raw living foods, and the ceremonial practices of indigenous medicine, rooted in deep reverence and respect.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve immersed myself in raw food preparation, trained as a certified raw chef, and dedicated myself to the art of plant-based cheesemaking — a craft that feels both ancient and revolutionary. These cheeses are more than food; they are aged with time, intention, and care. A return to slowness. A return to soul.

In parallel, my journey in healing has been guided by sacred traditions. I am a trained Kambo practitioner, having studied directly with the Matsés tribe in the Amazon. I hold a 200-hour certification in Kundalini Yoga and have been a dedicated student and teacher of breathwork, meditation, and the healing arts for many years.

Raw Soul is an offering from the heart — a sacred intersection of nourishment and ceremony. Through food. Through breath. Through community.
